For Fedez’s 2025 shows at the Forum, we followed the artist’s live return to the venue that most symbolizes his career — ten years after his first Forum show and after a long break from major concerts.
For the occasion, a 360° stage concept was developed, extending more than 25 meters into the arena: a setup that flipped the classic arena perspective and required circular-oriented direction and staging, designed both for the live audience and for the live camera coverage.
We created all the show visuals using a mixed workflow combining 2D, 3D and AI, designed to interact with the architecture of the stage and with the most narrative moments of the setlist. At the same time, we led the show direction, coordinating departments and the movement of screens and platforms, alternating sequences built around tight light/video sync with moments centered on Fedez’s interaction with the transparency of LED surfaces.
We also handled the multi-camera direction for the two giant arena screens, further expanding visibility and building a live narrative fully consistent with the 360° setup. With a total audience reported at over 25,000 across the two dates, the show also featured special on-stage appearances including Francesca Michielin, Emis Killa, Marco Masini and Orietta Berti.
